This editorial holds a special place in my heart as it was photographed in my home. Many couples were looking for alternative ways to celebrate their love at the height of the pandemic and I thought it would be beneficial to set up a “at home” faux elopement as inspiration. We photographed a real couple celebrating an anniversary at this shoot and since it took place in my home – we put together a “Farmhouse” story of a girl named Chickadee (Bride) and a boy named Rooster(Groom) and traveled to a nearby park for photographs with ducks/wildlife.
